QUESTIONNAIRE FOR PROSPECTIVE OWNERS

Submission of this form does not commit you to taking a rescue Boxer nor does it commit The Scottish Boxer Club Rescue to placing a dog with you. Further terms and conditions apply.

No papers are passed on with a Rescue Boxer, only a vaccination certificate if available. Rescue will give you as much information as possible with regard to health, habits, likes, dislikes, degree of training and diet. Rescue will tell you all they know about the dog but, remember they do not know EVERYTHING and therefore cannot GUARANTEE ANYTHING. The Scottish Boxer Club Rescue therefore will accept no liability for any damage/injury or costs incurred after rehoming no matter what the cause. Should the new Keepers circumstances change Rescue must be contacted and no dog/bitch is to be passed to a Third Party.

All Boxers are rehomed purely as companions, not to be kept in a kennel or used as guard dogs, and may not under any circumstances be bred from. Rescue reserve the right to remove any dog/bitch that in their opinion is not receiving the care and attention that it deems necessary or is in breach of any of the above conditions for Adoption.

Rescue do not buy and sell Boxers nor do they act as agents for anyone that does, Rescue exist entirely on donations and various fund raising events. Remember we are always there to provide support and advice when needed.
